12 Days of Holiday: Post Holiday Blues

Happy New Year to everyone! I hope you all had a great new years eve and an even better 2017! I cannot believe it is the year 2017…it seems like yesterday, I was just graduating high school. Cut to 11 years later…I really feel old. Haha! Anyways, now that the holiday season is officially over, you may be experiencing those post-holiday blues. We took down our tree and decorations today. So I am little bummed. But seeing how quick these years fly by, Christmas will be here before you know it!

For Day 12,Β I wanted to show off one of my favorite Christmas presents: this feminineΒ blue blouse from the LC Lauren Conrad line at Kohl’s. This top is part of her adorable Snow White collection. I love her Disney themed lines! I always look forward to see what she will do next. I paired this top with my favorite velvet skirt. I know velvet seems very holiday, but I promise you can wear it long after the holiday season is over!

Top: LC Lauren Conrad, Kohl’s $24

Skirt: Shop similar at ModCloth $39

Shoes: Treasure and Bond, Nordstrom $99

Speaking of the blues…my beloved St. Louis Blues won their Winter Classic game today! I think it’s safe to say that this holiday season has been one of the best ever! I am so excited to see what is in store for 2017. Currently dreaming of a tropical vacation. Any suggestions? πŸ™‚

You look so adorable Kelli! Love the soft velvet texture of the skirt, and your LC top is truly the centerpiece! Hope your new year is off to a great start! πŸ™‚ xo~ Lena
